Queensland Ballet's Flashcard pdf is a beautifully designed digital suite of 64 cards (A5) linking to the Australian Curriculum, including an example illustration and relevant definition.
Created in collaboration with Queensland Ballet’s Education Ambassadors, Flashcards can be used by teachers of all year levels in a range of ways, including as:
- Support resources for Queensland Ballet activity sheets found in Queensland Ballet’s Learning Hub.
- Support resources for teachers to utilise within their own devised units of study.
- Posters for the classroom.
A Flashcard Index has been provided for teachers to ascertain which Flashcards are used in Queensland Ballet Activity Sheets, and also to assist teachers to use these in a classroom context, separated into the elements of dance including; Space, Time, Dynamics, Relationships, Fundamental Movement Skills and Structural Devices.
